WHAT I DO
I have been a Personal Trainer since 2012 and Teaching Yoga since 2014. I am extremely fortunate to be a Calisthenics coach for ‘The School Of Calisthenics’ as well as working along side Bulldog Gear. It has been a long journey to this point from hiring spaces to run boot camps when I first set out, to Coaching Crossfit (Level 1 & 2) to owning my own space. I am now freelance once again which gives me the freedom to travel, run workshops and teach classes in different locations.

It is important to get to know each other first so ask me as many questions as I ask you. Once we have that covered I will work along side you each week to help you reach your fullest potential. Perhaps your goal is to achieve your first strict pull up, muscle up or handstand. Maybe you want to improve your mobility to help with every day life or to simply move better in the gym.
