I’m Georgie AKA The Hench Yogi! I love to move, from Crossfit, Calisthenics, Locomotion, Yoga and mobility, it is my passion to help you learn new skills and enjoy training. HOW I WORK
To get moving and after your goals as soon as possible then all I ask is for you to have a little think about what you want to achieve and why. Don't worry if you're not 100% right now but write anything down that comes to mind. From here click ‘Book Online’ and then book your consultation. Your consultation involves two extremely important elements:
We get to chat about you and your goals in more depth. This is also an opportunity for you to find out more about me too :)
I take you through a movement screening which is vital for us in your training going forward. I will assess your posture along with movement & mobility.
Once we have completed your consultation we can get your sessions booked in.
G is a real expert in what she does, she listens and sees things in your movement that we can never hope to appreciate. She gets you moving as we are supposed to - pain free, happy and capable of doing more than you would believe.
I have been training with G for a few years now, from her being a CrossFit coach in a busy class to personal training, she puts 100% into her coaching and clients needs. G listens to your goals and needs and genuinely wants you to succeed. I personally had a shoulder injury and worked with G from rehab to doing a strict muscle up in just 12 months!
